1)  When you Order Product
When ordering product, we request shipping information, such as your name, street address, email address, and telephone number.  We use this information to deliver your order, process payment, and to communicate with you about the status of your order.  We also request billing information.  However, you may choose whether to submit your billing information (credit card number, etc.) over the Internet.  Credit card information collected for shopping cart orders is used only to process payment for the transaction, and is not retained on our Site.  If you choose not to submit billing information online, you may submit credit card information via telephone or fax or via postal mail.  However, this process may take longer to receive your product(s).  Your billing information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your request.
 
2)  When you Submit Feedback
If you have a question or concern, you may submit feedback via our "Contact Us" page.  We request your name, telephone number and email address in order to respond to your comments.  This information will NOT be shared with third parties or used for other purposes.
 
How we handle Email
When you provide us your email address (either by entering it on our site or communicating with us via email), we may send you emails necessary to process your order, respond to a request, provide customer service, or promote products or services.  Any promotional email sent to you will contain the opportunity to unsubscribe to the service.  Your email address will never be shared with any other company.
